Meteorites are the starting point for using AE2. They provide critical materials such as budding certus blocks of various types and always contain a Mysterious Cube in the center.
Finding Meteorites
Meteorites are fairly common and leave massive craters in the ground, so you may have already stumbled across one.
If not, craft and use a Meteorite Compass to point toward the nearest Mysterious Cube.
