Horrors Compendium

This page documents the horrors that may appear under special conditions. Each entity has its own unique spawn requirements and, in many cases, special drops. Be cautious when seeking them out…

Entities

Slender Horror

Key Info
Where to find Spruce Forests, near strange structures (Grain Silo, Giant Dead Tree, Out-of-Place Rocks, Roadway Tunnel, Bathroom, Generator, Truck, Gas Tanks, Cross Wall, Out-of-Place Tree)
Spawn conditions Activated by collecting Pages with drawings of the Tall Faceless Being
Threat level Lethal

What it does

* Appears after you pick up the first Page.

* Presence grows stronger with each Page collected (heartbeat, static vision, paranoia).

* Looking directly at it causes blurred or static-like vision.

* Actively stalks the player the more Pages are gathered.

* Disappears entirely once all 8 Pages are collected.

How to kill it

* Cannot be killed directly.

* Only way to end the encounter is by collecting all 8 Pages.

* Looking away reduces its effect, but it relentlessly pursues until completion.

Drops

* None.

Notes

* Functions as a stalker/engagement event rather than a standard mob fight.

* Structures in the forest are landmarks where Pages can be found.

Siren Head

Key Info
Where to find Taiga biomes, disguised as strange trees
Spawn conditions Encounter begins when following strange siren sounds
Threat level Lethal

What it does

* Mimics environmental sounds — sirens, broken music, EAS signals, and distorted speech.

* Initially appears as a strange tree, then reveals its true form.

* Aggressively pursues the player once discovered.

* Attempts to pick the player up and kill them.

* Chase continues until dawn, at which point it retreats.

How to kill it

* Unknown.

* No clear weaknesses are documented.

* Best tactic is evasion — survive until dawn to end the encounter.

Drops

* Siren.

Notes

* Acts as a night stalker event in Taiga biomes.

* Disguises itself to ambush the player.

BEN Drowned

Key Info
Where to find Triggered by using a soggy disc ROM from the Burner; appears during strolls under a Full Moon
Spawn conditions Disc shatters in the player’s bag; encounters escalate afterward
Threat level High

What it does

* Manifests as a creepy stone statue resembling a boy in an elf costume.

* Appears suddenly behind the player, especially under a Full Moon.

* Emits laughter and backward-playing music.

* Causes burning pain — can set the player’s leg on fire.

* Pursues the player relentlessly, reappearing when not watched.

* Crumbles and is destroyed when submerged in water.

How to kill it

* Weakness: Water — submerging the statue causes it to disintegrate.

* Best tactic: lure it into a river or body of water.

Drops

* None.

Notes

* Originates from the cursed soggy disc ROM.

* Watching it keeps it from moving (similar to a Weeping Angel).
