Farmer’s Hut

The Farmer’s Hut lets you assign a Farmer to grow, harvest, and supply crops and some specialty plants for your colony.

Overview

The Farmer will plant and harvest crops within the hut’s work area, supplying food and other items to the Warehouse, Postbox, or other workers as requested. Farmers can grow wheat, carrots, potatoes, beetroots, melons, pumpkins, and (with research) more specialty crops. Upgrading the hut expands the farm area and unlocks more crops and features.

*Higher levels expand the area and allow more crop variety. Some crops require University research.*

Crop List Tab

Choose which crops the Farmer should grow and maintain
Search, reorder, and “Reset to default” options

Minimum Stock Tab

Set items for the Farmer to keep in stock (specific crops, seeds, etc.)

Settings Tab

Toggle automatic replanting
Enable/disable harvesting for specialty crops
Set field patterns or area assignments
