The Mechanic’s Hut allows a worker to craft tools, components, and redstone-related items for your colony, automating more advanced item production.
The Mechanic crafts complex tools, machine components, and redstone items using recipes you teach. The hut draws from its own inventory and the Warehouse, fulfilling requests from Builders, other workers, or minimum stock orders. Upgrading the hut increases recipe slots, processing speed, and unlocks more advanced recipes.
